New Lead & Copper Feature for Mosaics
RVS has now released a new Lead & Copper feature for Mosaics for water systems located in Texas and Arkansas. The primary objectives of this new feature is to streamline the collection, storage, continuous maintenance, and efficient reporting of service line Lead & Copper classifications including auto filling the state specific spreadsheet. Over the coming months, we will also be releasing this new feature for water system in other states as well.

Online Software Updates for Mosaics
Starting with the November 2023 version (23.11.X), the Mosaics application can now update itself over the internet (Online Updates) using the new Help\Check for Updates menu item within the application. This new feature allows our customer to benefit from faster and more frequent software updates than the conventional method of receiving updates on physical media through the mail. In the near future, customers may elect to stop receiving updates through the mail in favor of online updates. Software updates through the mail will remain available for those customers that prefer that method or do not have an internet connection on the computer(s) that run Mosaics.

Windows XP
As of December 2023, RVS software has retired support for Windows XP. Depending on the features used in the application, Mosaics may still continue to operate on your Windows XP computer, however RVS can no long guarantee its functionality or performance. We highly recommend that customers still using Windows XP upgrade their operating system to Windows 11 as soon as possible.
