Mosaics Lead & Copper Feature Now Supports Mississippi
The Mosaics lead and copper module now supports water systems in Arkansas, Texas and Mississippi. The primary objectives of this new feature are to streamline the collection, storage, continuous maintenance, and efficient reporting of service line Lead & Copper classifications including auto filling the state specific spreadsheet. Over the coming months, we will also be releasing this new feature for water systems in other states as well. Next we plan to add support for water systems in Alabama. Windows 7
Some customers running the obsolete Windows 7 operating system have experienced issues upgrading to the latest versions of Mosaics. Microsoft retired Windows 7 in January of 2020 and shortly after that Microsoft stopped providing quality and security updates for that product. Because the latest versions of Mosaics are designed and built to operate on Windows versions currently supported by Microsoft (Windows 10 and 11), it may no longer operate correctly on obsolete Windows 7. We highly recommend that customer still running Windows 7 upgrade their operating system and/or computer to at least Windows 10, and preferably Windows 11 as soon as possible.
