Customer Notes

The program provides three separate places that you may make notes about an account. The F4 (Office) note can be up to 145 characters and can be printed on the meter reading worksheet. The Shift F4 (Reader) note can be up to 145 characters in length. Both may be deleted or changed. Permanent notes are automatically dated, unlimited in length, and can be made on the following tab of the Customer Information Screen, Ext. Notes.
